Do you accept walk-in patients?
We ask our patient’s to make an appointment by calling our office. If there is urgent concern for a melanoma please mention this so we can get you in sooner.

How can I request prescription refills?
Call our office, press 2 and leave full name, date of birth, medication name, dosage and pharmacy name with pharmacy address.
Is there an after-hours hotline or emergency contact number?
Call or text and it will be answered the next day during business hours.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring ID, insurance cards, medical history, and medication lists. Make sure to arrive 15-30 minutes early depending how much time it will take you to fill out your medical information on the iPad.
Can I access my medical records online?
Using the patient portal, all patients can have limited access to their health records and visit information online.
What is your cancellation policy?
$20 fee if not cancelled within 24 hours.
Do you offer telemedicine or virtual appointments?

How do I get test results?
We call and provide the results on any biopsies taking in office. For other results, please call and provide a fax number where information may be sent.
Are masks needed?
Masks are optional.
